GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

Every order ships from The Pit Viper Center For World Domination in Cape Town. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. 

For customers that place orders before 14:00 SAST, we will do our best to get your package to you the following business day.

 

If you place an order Friday afternoon it will ship out on Monday (even if you select Overnight Shipping. We do sell on Takealot because our shipping crew has to go home at some point). 

Carriers do not count weekends or the day your order ships towards shipping time.

You will receive a tracking code from us when your Pit Vipers ship and a wicked video of us shipping your shades. If you can't find it, check your spam folder. They like to hide there. 

We offer the following shipping options:

Greater Cape Town Local Deliveries

Free shipping on orders over R1100, orders under R1100 will have a R90 shipping fee.

National Main Centre Deliveries

Free shipping on orders over R1100, orders under R1100 will have a R120 shipping fee.

Regional Deliveries

Free shipping on orders over R2000, orders under R2000 will have a R200 shipping fee.

Shipping rate will be displayed at check out on your order.

Orders will be queued as soon as the transaction has been completed and funds received in our bank account. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order is shipped. Processing can take up to 3 days during peak periods and delivery time will be within 2-4 days.

We use a 3rd party courier service and can not be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to their not being someone available to receive the package at the delivery address.
